August will be here before you know it…
First things first…
Is your passport current? If not.. make sure to do that ASAP as it can take multiple months.
Check to make sure that the country you are traveling from doesn’t require a certain visa or have any travel restrictions.
Book your flights. Most people will be flying in the day before or the morning of the retreat. Plan accordingly and be sure to share with us your flight details.

Details About my Arrival
Where should I go?
You should plan to arrive at Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) on August 17th before 2:00pm. Check in starts at 3:00pm at our property in Sayulita. The program will begin promptly at 6:00pm. We'll handle transportation to and from the airport and the villa — once we have your flight details, Jill from our team will coordinate your ground transportation. On the final day, check out is at 11 AM.
What Should I Pack?
What should I pack?
We will spend the majority of our time at the villa, in nature. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and at ease. August in Sayulita is typically around 85-90 degrees during the day, and in the 70s at night. There’s a good chance of warm summer rain.
Don’t forget these essentials:
sandals & walking shoes
beach attire
1-2 athletic outfits for light hiking and yoga
swimsuit for ice bath / lounging
swimsuit and/or clothes you don’t mind sweating through, for the Temazcal ceremony, as well as a cover-up for afterwards
1 cute outfit for a night out in Sayulita (flat shoes recommended)
any medicines, dietary supplements, etc.
We will provide a notebook and pen for you to journal and take notes during the retreat.
When are final payments due?
If you are making payments, please note that your balance must be paid in full to attend by Monday August 7th. Please coordinate directly with Lindsey and/or Jill for details.
Will I have time to explore Sayulita on my own?
Yes, we will be going into town one night to explore what the locals call “the city of magic.”
What’s the cancellation policy?
This is non refundable. There are many reasons to take advantage of Travel Insurance for your upcoming retreat. Insurance is the only way to plan for the unexpected. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. They are non-refundable because when you make a deposit it holds your spot on the retreat with limited available spaces. This prevents someone else from booking that same space.
